NEW VOLUNTEERS TRAINED FOR PIPS | News

After eight weeks hard graft and dedicated training PIPS has welcomed its
newest Batch of recruits. The volunteers from all works of life, underwent two
months of intensive trauma training based at the Duncairn Gardens house. Made
up of people who simply want to help the group of new recruits will now
volunteer their time to help PIPS deal with an ever increasing work load. With
tons of new projects and a temporary move in progress, Jop Murphy said she
couldn’t thank the volunteers enough for their committment. We have put such a
massive investment into our training schemes and it is great to see people
coming on board and giving so generously of their time,’ she said.
“Volunteers are our lifeline and this new group will be such an important
assest with everthing thats going on with PIPS at present. I want to thank all
our volunteers for their dedication and encourage as many people as possible to
get involved in the future. ”
